Apple's Standard EULA
Doxi is developed and provided by With Love LLC, based in Utah, United States ("With Love," "we," "us," or "our"). Your license to use the Doxi iOS app is governed by Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "Standard EULA"). These Terms of Use provide supplemental terms for the app. If these Terms conflict with the Standard EULA, the Standard EULA controls. Use of withloveapps.com is governed separately by the WithLove Website Terms of Use.
Using Doxi
Doxi provides tools intended to help you make intentional choices about app and website access, including schedules, usage limits, focus timers, allowances, movement-based earned access, and optional QR-code, NFC, and Apple Health features. You may use Doxi for lawful personal purposes in accordance with these Terms, the Standard EULA, and applicable Apple platform rules.
You may not misuse Doxi, interfere with its operation or security, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or use it in a way that violates applicable law or another person's rights.
Screen Time controls and limitations
Doxi relies on Apple's Screen Time frameworks, permissions, background execution, and operating-system behavior. Restrictions, schedules, usage thresholds, reports, and notifications may be delayed, unavailable, or behave differently because of system updates, permission changes, device settings, restarts, low-power conditions, app removal, or other circumstances outside our control.
Doxi is a personal focus and habit tool. It is not a security system, emergency-access control, parental-supervision service, or guarantee that access to an app, website, or device feature will always be blocked or restored at a particular time. You are responsible for choosing settings appropriate for your needs and preserving access to services you may require for health, safety, work, travel, or emergencies.
Apple Health features
Optional movement-based features use Apple Health data to evaluate goals you configure. Health information and progress can be incomplete, delayed, unavailable, or affected by device, sensor, permission, and Health app settings. Doxi and its movement goals are not medical or fitness advice and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. Choose goals appropriate for your circumstances and seek professional advice when needed.
QR and NFC gateways
Doxi can place a randomly generated unlock token in a QR code or compatible NFC tag. Anyone with access to a copy of that token may be able to confirm a protected change. You are responsible for deciding where to store a code or tag, who may access it, and whether the resulting level of friction is appropriate for you.
QR scanning depends on camera access, and NFC support depends on compatible devices and tags. We do not guarantee that every printed code, display, NFC tag, or third-party accessory will remain readable, writable, compatible, or available.
Subscriptions and purchases
Doxi may offer auto-renewable subscriptions with monthly, annual, or other billing periods. The products, localized prices, subscription periods, trial eligibility, and included features presented in the app at the time of purchase are part of these Terms.
If an eligible subscription includes a free trial, payment will be charged to your Apple Account when the trial ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the trial. Auto-renewable subscriptions renew and your Apple Account is charged unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple Account subscription settings. Deleting Doxi does not cancel a subscription.
Apple processes all App Store purchases and controls billing, cancellation, trial eligibility, and refund procedures. We do not receive your complete payment-card information. You can use Restore Purchases in Doxi to restore eligible purchases associated with your Apple Account.
We may change which products or paid features are offered to new customers. Access remains subject to the Standard EULA, continued compatibility of Doxi and iOS, the terms presented at purchase, and any circumstance in which Apple revokes or refunds a transaction.
Changes to the service
We may update, correct, add, remove, or discontinue features over time. We do not promise that every feature, integration, restriction method, health metric, or third-party service will remain available indefinitely. Changes remain subject to applicable law, the Standard EULA, and your rights concerning paid content for the applicable purchase or subscription period.
Third-party services
Doxi depends on services and frameworks provided by Apple, RevenueCat, and Google Firebase. Those services may be changed, interrupted, or discontinued by their operators and are subject to their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party services or hardware outside our control.
Intellectual property
The app, software, visual design, branding, and original content are owned by With Love LLC or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of that material to you. Rights in third-party names, marks, services, frameworks, and content remain with their respective owners.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how Doxi handles information and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Disclaimers and liability
The disclaimers, warranty terms, and limitations of liability in Apple's Standard EULA apply to Doxi. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law and consistent with the Standard EULA, supplemental services are provided "as is" and "as available" without additional warranties. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Children
Doxi is not directed to children under 13. If you are not old enough to agree to these Terms under the law where you live, a parent or legal guardian must review and agree to them on your behalf.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to Doxi or applicable law. We will post revised Terms here and update the effective date. Your continued use after an update means the revised Terms apply to your subsequent use, to the extent permitted by law.
